Lisa M. (Cox) Thompson is a senior-level executive with a career defined by helping organizations thrive during their most critical moments. With deep roots in high-touch industries like integrated healthcare and community health clinics, Lisa has spent over two decades leading day-to-day operations and building cultures where both teams and patients feel valued. She is known for her ability to drive brand loyalty and operational excellence while never losing sight of the highest metrics for quality of care.
Lisa is a graduate of Northwestern University and holds advanced training in Six Sigma and Lean processes, which she uses to reduce barriers that often hinders staff performance. Her professional background includes specialized certifications from Harvard in negotiations and MIT in public health, allowing her to guide complex organizations through change with a unique blend of empathy, structure, and a steadfast focus on results.
